£1M UMIP Proof of Principle Fund - Graphene/Advanced Materials

Applications for funding must be submitted by Friday 14 September 2012.
A Call for Proposals is now open for novel Proof-of-Principle (PoP) projects which have a Graphene (or other advanced material) aspect and which are likely to lead to applications, new materials or new processes which will have practical industrial (or consumer) use.
Projects should be from six to 12 months in duration and be between £25,000-£100,000 in funding request (excluding overheads).
The closing date for applications is Friday 14 September 2012.
Successful applicants will be notified by mid-November.
