Electronic Software Distribution system and the financial year end

Deadline for placing of orders for charging in 2011/12 financial year.

Due to financial year-end processes, orders for Adobe or Microsoft Select software placed on the University's Electronic Software Distribution system (ESD) after midnight on Friday 13 July 2012 will be recharged to account codes in the 2012/13 financial year.

Orders placed prior to this will be recharged to account codes in the current 2011/12 financial year.

You may continue to order and download software from the ESD system throughout the whole of July without interruption: the deadline only affects when the charge will reach your account.
