Summer Salsa Classes for Beginners

Salsa your way to a fit and healthy summer body with a course in salsa dancing.
The course will offer the chance to develop your balance, co-ordination, agility, rhythm and styling as well as boosting your confidence at the same time.
Salsa offers a fun way to get fit and healthy without the monotony of the gym. Also, you don’t need to bring a partner so it is also a great way to meet new people and polish up your footwork for the dance floor.
Starting on the 18th June in the UMSA Room of the Dover Street Building Summer Salsa classes for beginners will be held for ten sessions over five weeks.
Courses will be held on Mondays and Thursdays (12-1pm) in the UMSA Room, 1st floor, Dover Street Building, £40 for 10 sessions (£35 for students).

For more experienced dancers, there are drop-in classes on Monday and Thursday lunchtimes at 1pm in the UMSA Room, 1st floor, Dover Street Building, £5 per session.
Classes for all abilities are held on Thursday evenings from 7.30 pm upstairs at Jabez Clegg.
