Summer vacation fitness classes now online – get 25% off!
If you’re looking to get in shape for summer then why not try one of our health and fitness classes right here on campus? A full timetable of classes will take you right up to October – and if you book for the full 14 weeks you get 25% off the total cost (only select classes available).

The membership will give you unlimited access to the fitness suite, during opening hours, until Sunday 23 September 2012. Alternatively, you can opt for a flexible monthly membership for just £25 a month.
Relax with a back, neck and shoulder massage
If you are experiencing stress or muscle stiffness then you can book in for a massage with One Holistic Therapy. Received fully clothed with no oils so you can go back to your office feeling light, refreshed and free of any muscular tension. Next sessions will be from 12noon - 4pm on 12th June in the Sackville Street building or 14th June in the Dover Street building.

Women’s Football – Watch England vs Holland at Salford City Stadium
Come and watch an international football game, as England take on Holland in the Women’s Senior European Championships 2013 Qualifier. A great day out for all the family on Sunday 17 June at Salford City Stadium, kick off at 5.15pm. Pre match party begins from 3pm and it is free entry for U12’s.
