Staff card exchange deadline

Swap your old card for a new one at your local HR office by Friday 29 June.
Around 85% of staff have now exchanged their old staff cards for new ones in readiness for the upgrading of the University's access system, which will begin in July.
If you have not yet exchanged your card, you'll need to do so by Friday 29 June, to ensure that you can still enter buildings and car parks.
As well as giving you continuing access, your new card will be more secure and can be loaded with other apps, such as contactless payments, in the future.
