Good posture the Pilates way - workshop

Improve your posture with this 55 minute workshop on 14 May (12 noon) in The Wellbeing Room, Dover Street Building.
The workshop will take you through a series of simple exercises which will be beneficial to improving your posture and managing aches and pains related to poor posture. At the end of the workshop you will be given exercises that you can incorporate into your daily activities.
The first workshop will take place on Monday 14 May (12-12.55pm) in The Wellbeing Room, Dover Steet Building.
