Delivered catering on campus

Nominations for catering suppliers invited by 31 May.
The nominated catering suppliers delivering on campus are reviewed on a regular basis. In previous years, this has really only been to ensure that suppliers have the appropriate insurance and comply with health and safety legislation.
This year, we will be putting in place a more formal arrangement that will ensure caterers adhere to certain criteria, such as collecting dirties at an agreed time (which is an issue for CTU room bookings), supporting the University sustainability agenda, etc.
Whilst Taste Manchester is the University in-house caterer and preferred choice, we will look to engage a small number of suppliers who can offer a variety of styles, choice and price.
We will of course include in the process the current list of caterers, who are Kro, Greenplate, Impact and Le Mange Tout.
