Tips to help you get the most out of IT Services.

The University Online Directory is where your name, job title, location, email address and telephone number are shown. This is widely accessed (both internally and externally) to search for and contact colleagues and students.

Another way to access the Online Directory is via the ‘People Finder’ within StaffNet. An advanced search is also available if additional search options are required.

It is important that your entry in the directory is kept up to date; say for example if you have a change of office, or an update to your telephone number. It is also possible to ‘hide’ certain aspects of your data from the directory, if appropriate to do so.
