Free lecture on Wednesday 22 February (6-8pm) in Renold Building, Lecture Theatre C16, Sackville Street.

The first in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Society's 'Beyond the Lecture Theatre' series will be presented by Professor Patrick Gaydecki and guests.

This fascinating and funny lecture will open up the World of Science and Technology to you, showing you how everyday things you might not expect, can be used to help explain some of the most interesting ideas ever….the birth and death of the universe, what it means to be you, the meaning of life and the future for us all based on the technologies we are developing.
