Update your personal details online too.
If you want to see your payslip online or update your personal details, you can do this using MyView.
MyView is an online system which is easy to use and you can be sure that the information held about you is safe, because there’s an added level of security built into the system.
You can use MyView to update:
- Home address
- Phone numbers
- Emergency contacts
You must press ‘submit’ to make sure that the changes you make feed straight into the University’s Human Resources system. This means that there’s no need to contact HR or fill in paper forms when you change your contact details.
You can use MyView to look at:
- Payslips
- Bank details
- Contact addresses
Getting started
To start using MyView you’ll need to create a passphrase which is different to your usual username and password. This added level of security has been built into MyView to make sure that your personal information is kept safe and secure.
