Street Athletics Finals: 9-10 September in Albert Square

With just under a year to go until the Olympics and Paralympics in London, celebrate Manchester's own emerging young athletes with the City's Street Athletics.

The fastest young people in Manchester will compete in 60m sprints and the winners will be invited to leap into the National Final on 10 September.

Each Street Athletics heats, held throughout August, consisted of a series of races over 60m which has resulted in a final for each age group. The top three boys and girls in each age group have been invited to attend the Manchester Final on 9 September held outside Manchester’s Town Hall in Albert Square, with the City’s best runners progressing to the National Final.
