National Vegetarian Week 2011* Mumford Restaurant advanced bookings * 2011/12 diaries
National Vegetarian Week (23–29 May 2011)
Have something different for your lunch next week and try one of our delicious and healthy vegetarian options. FoodOnCampus will be promoting National Vegetarian Week by introducing some brand new vegetarian and vegan dishes:-
- New vegan options available daily in EATS Restaurant, University Place, include bean burger, jacket potato with hummus, Mediterranean salad and rice salad with vegetables.
- 'Totally Vegetarian' counter on Thursday 26 May 2011 serving delicious vegetarian dishes including mushroom stroganoff, stuffed peppers and vegetable lasagne. All available at £3.99 with a drink.
- New grilled halloumi cheese hot topping on salads in Potter’s (located in the Simon Building). The Potter’s salads are made to order making it a fresh, tasty and surprisingly filling lunch option.
- Pick up one of our four recipe cards from EATS or Potter’s demonstrating four easy 20-minute vegetarian recipes for you to try at home!

Mumford Restaurant advanced bookings
The Mumford Restaurant is located in Staff House, Sackville Street. Open daily from 11.30am to 2pm it serves a delicious carvery lunch with a selection of mouth-watering desserts to follow. For an extra special occasion a selection of wine and beer is also available.
