Fieldwork Safety Training

Half-day course on 9 May 2011 for people who plan and lead fieldwork and expeditions, and anyone who is involved in supporting them in the field.
It combines an introduction to the paper-based background documents that are essential to robust fieldwork preparation, along with practical scenarios that demonstrate how pre-trip plans can be applied and adapted in the field.
The course is being held at Staff House Conference Centre, Sackville Street, and costs £80.
