Kettlebell Training

Kettlebell Training is one of the most efficient and effective training tools for improving your strength, fat burning & weight loss so you can get those six pack abs, flexibility, and core strength.

What is a Kettlebell? Imagine a black bowling ball with a suitcase handle on it and you have an idea of what a Kettlebell looks like. A Kettlebell is a big hunk of iron that comes in several weights.

You can do standard weight training exercises with kettlebells such as: bench presses, curls, and rows. The best use of kettlebells is derived from fast exercise work such as: snatches, swings, cleans, and jerks.

SPORT Manchester is delivering a NEW fitness course in Kettlebell Conditioning on Fridays at The Wellbeing Room, 12-1pm, beginning on 22 October. You can book online at:

Staff receive a discounted price of £36 for the eight-week enrolment course.
