Shortlisting and Inteviewing for PSS staff - Experienced interviewers
The University has revised the delivery of recruitment and selection training. The two-day course "Effective Recruitment and Selection" is now offered on a module basis.
The session on 13 September (9.30am-1.30pm) is designed for PSS staff with recruiting experience and who regularly sit on interview panels. Please refer to the other Recruitment and Selection options online at:

This module (module 2) covers the short-listing and interviewing process, and will become mandatory for interview panel members. This will be phased in over a period as follows:
- By 1 January 2011 - at least one panel member must have attended this course
- By 1 January 2012 - at least two panel members must have attended this course
- By 1 January 2013 - all panel members must have attended this course
