Bookings open for members and non-members

The line up for the North West Regional Conference has now been confirmed. Dean van Leeuwen from Tomorrow Today will deliver the keynote speech on his hugely popular "Mind the Gap: Generations" session.

The working session choices also include the following:

  • Developing the public servants of the future - Paul Joyce and Tanya Lawes
  • Exploring the academic/administrative difference - Dr Giles Brown
  • Professionalising customer service in HE - Jennifer Hinsley and Anna Truman
  • Stagnant Teams - Will Clements
  • Change management at Salford: a work in progress - Paul Cartwright and Jayne Hughes
  • Quality - Alison Blackburn
  • Business process improvement with ARIS software - Phil Jenkins

The day will end with a networking reception sponsored by IDS Scheer.

Attendance for AUA members is £40 and for non-members is £50. Non-members joining on the day will receive a 10% subscription discount on their first year of AUA membership.
