Update on trade union ballots
Dear Colleague
In Karen Heaton’s email of 6 May, colleagues were informed that UCU, UNISON and Unite would shortly initiate formal ballots in which their members would be asked to either accept or reject the proposed Final Agreement on pay and grading. Staff who are trade union members will have received, or will shortly receive, a communication from their union notifying them of the arrangements and timetable for the conduct of these ballots.
We understand that each of the trade union ballots will commence either this week or next week with a closing date on or around 28 June.
We will issue a further communication when the results of the trade union ballots are known.
