Details of the Voluntary Severance (VS) scheme and new flexible working opportunities available to staff from 30 April 2010 have been published online, with a range of Frequently Asked Questions relating to both. These form part of a package of comprehensive measures approved by the Board of Governors in March to increase non-Government revenues and reduce expenditure in response to cuts in public expenditure and escalating pension costs.
