Student Support Forum meetings in May

27 Apr 2010

Talks on Manchester Student Homes and the GMP Beat Officer's role

We have two Student Support Forum meetings scheduled for May:

  • Wednesday 12 May in University Place 4.209

The first will take place on when Cooper Healey from Manchester Student Homes (MSH) will talk about MSH and the additional services they provide for students.

Manchester Student Homes is the University's only official source of private sector student accommodation and Cooper has over 10 years of experience working in both the public and private sectors.

  • Wednesday 26 May in University Place 4.209

PC Scott Schofield, GMP’s Beat Officer for the University will make a presentation on his role and the links to student support in schools and faculties. This meeting has been re-arranged from earlier in the year, as Scott unfortunately had to cancel the original date.

As usual, participants can arrive any time from 12 noon; presentations will start at 12.30pm and run until around 1pm, after which we can take questions and discussion for half an hour or so.

To book a place at either event (or at both), please email:
