STDU are running a course on Reviewing Organisation Services on 8 April 2010.
The complexity of modern organisations, in addition to the changing external pressures to which organisations have to respond means that constant internal review and modification to systems and structures is a given. But, what does this mean for staff health and well-being, and organisational efficiency?
This workshop provides an opportunity to consider how to manage constant change with a view to being proactive about reviews and modifications to systems, structures and services, thereby regaining some control of the situation.
