Two-way traffic on Sackville Street/Charles Street

North campus roads return to normal operation

The sections of Charles Street and Sackville Street linking Princess Street to Whitworth Street were restored to normal two-way traffic operation last week.

You are advised to take care when driving/cycling/walking in this area for the next few days, as some drivers approaching Sackville Street from the Upper Brook Street/Mancunian Way slip roads may not be aware that the section of Sackville Street after Charles Street is no longer one-way.
