Testers required for new IT Service Desk website
IT Services are looking for people in the University who are willing to assist in the development of the new IT Service Desk website – in particular the Knowledge Base system.
We’ll be asking people to use a demonstration version of the site, to test it and give their opinions on the ease of use and content. This will help us develop the site and enhance the service that people require from their IT support teams.
We want the site to be easy to understand and user friendly, but also containing a wide variety of technical information to help everyone from beginners to experts.
