Staff Calendar Service maintenance: notice of service unavailability

Service interruptions on 9 and 10/11 July

There will be two service interruptions to the Staff Calendar Service, due to maintenance work.

The first will be on Thursday 9 July starting at 7am. The maintenance will take less than one hour and the service should be restored by 8am.

The second and longer period of maintenance work will take place on Friday 10 July. Work will start at 6pm on Friday and the service will be unavailable from this time until 10am on Saturday 11 July. During this time there will be no access to the calendar database.

Access to email will be unaffected so you can continue to use webmail. Note if using Outlook during the maintenance period, you can click "skip" when an error message appears to gain access to your email.

The service should be considered at risk until Monday 13 July, therefore you may wish to print out your diary on Friday 10 July for the next week.
