New Slim and Tone Club for 2009

Combining healthy eating and exercise to help you achieve your goals

SPORT and On The Eighth Day have joined forces to provide staff with the opportunity to join our eight-week slim and tone programme.

For £60 (saving you £20) you will get a place on our Healthy Weight Loss for Life course and one hour of pilates or yoga a week for eight weeks. All sessions will be held at the Wellbeing Room, Dover Street.

Courses start in the week commencing 20 April.

Healthy Weight Loss for Life is on Thursday, 12noon-1pm.

In the package, you can chose from one of the following:

  • Iyengar Yoga – Monday 5-6pm
  • Pilates for Beginners – Tuesday 12-1pm
  • Hatha Yoga – Tuesday 5-6pm
  • Kundalini Yoga – Wednesday 6.10-7.10pm
  • Pilates Mixed Ability – Thursday 4-5pm
