Online training in the basics of equality and diversity.
The University has launched an online diversity training module which it is encouraging all staff to complete. It is easy to access and will take approximately one hour but can be stopped and restarted at any time.
The module is intended to help staff become familiar with equalities legislation; gain an understanding of the broader issues of equality and diversity; and to know their responsibilities and rights as a member of staff of the University.
This online module is the first in a series of diversity related training sessions designed to provide managers and staff with the support required to help them work more effectively in a diverse environment.
