The University Counselling Service has launched a new, innovative self-help programme for all staff and students. It’s available online at any time, easy to use and totally confidential.

The programme helps you to develop skills and strategies that can enhance your sense of well-being. Beingwell offers help on stress, anxiety, insomnia and low mood, through a series of modules that provide information and guided self-help.
