Get a pre-Christmas Wellbeing boost on 13 December.

SPORT and the Counselling Service invite you to an enjoyable Wellbeing day before Christmas.

Enjoy a relaxing day which includes:

  • Mindfulness meditation
  • Alexander Technique
  • Gentle yoga for stress
  • An introduction to Shiatsu massage
  • An opportunity for individual head and neck massages

A healthy lunch will also be provided.

The Wellbeing day will take place on Saturday 13 December from 10am to 4pm, in the Wellbeing Room, Dover Street Building, Dover Street.
