We still have places available on the following courses:

  • Nutrition and Weight Loss - Thursday 1-2pm
  • Pilates for Mixed Ability - Thursday 4-4.55pm
  • Core Strengthening for Men - Friday 12noon-1pm
  • Energy Pilates - Friday 12noon-1pm

All of the above courses are held at The Well-Being Room, Dover Street.
