Nutrition and Weight Loss course.

New sessions begin week commencing 20 October.

Low fat diets and calorie counting are not the best way to lose weight.

The secret lies in nutritional knowledge and the best way to apply that knowledge to your life.

The University’s Nutrition and Weight Loss course aims to provide you with that nutritional knowledge to help you make steady progress towards your desired goal. 

The course runs in two parts:

  • Nutrition and Weight Loss (part 1) - Thursday 1-2pm for eight weeks
  • Nutrition and Weight Loss (part 2) - A follow on group for those who have taken part one of the course Wednesday 1.15-2pm for eight weeks

Courses begin the week commencing 20 October.

Sessions are held at the Well-Being Room, Dover Street Building, Dover Street.

Bookings can only be made IN PERSON at the SPORT Head Office, William Kay House, 333 Oxford Road (registrations cannot be accepted via email or telephone).
