Nutrition and Weight Loss Course.

Two-part course from w/c 20 October in the Well-Being Room.

This course is designed to provide nutritional knowledge in relation to healthy weight loss. The aim is to empower the individual to make steady progress towards their desired goal in conjunction with a balanced approach towards achieving healthy life style changes.

Low fat diets and calorie counting are not the best way to lose weight. The secret lies in nutritional knowledge and the best way to apply that knowledge in our lives.

Nutrition and Weight Loss (Part 1)
Thursday 1-2pm, eight weeks

Nutrition and Weight Loss (Part 2)
A follow-on group for those who have taken Part 1 of the course
Wednesday 1.15-2pm, eight weeks

Course starts w/c 20 October, in the Well-being Room.
