Beingwell is a new, innovative self-help programme for all staff and students at The University of Manchester. It's available online at any time, easy to use, and totally confidential.

Launched by the University Counselling Service, Beingwell can help you develop skills and strategies to enhance your performance and sense of well-being. The programme offers help on stress, anxiety, insomnia, and low mood.
