Learn to swim or improve your technique and stamina from 1 October.
We welcome people of all abilities to our weekly swimming lessons. These lessons are taught in small groups by patient, experienced ASA qualified swimming teachers in a private pool.
The lessons are on a Wednesday evening and start on 1 October at Manchester Grammar School (approximately five minutes' walk from Owens Park). Space permitting, there is a choice of time slots:
- 6.30-7.15pm
- 7.30-8.15pm
New for Autumn 2008: Ladies' Only session 6-6.30pm (subject to demand). This session would be staffed by female only instructors and lifeguards.
For both types of lessons we are pleased to announce our new academic year special: 10 lessons for the price of nine.
Fees:
- £30 students
- £35 staff
Course fees must be paid on the first night by cash or cheque made payable to "Manchester University Swimming Lessons".
