How to lose weight, eat healthily and avoid dieting.

A few places left - £6 per class or £42 for eight-week course.

Nutrition and Weight Loss: an eight-week course starting 17 April, 1-2pm in the Well-Being Room, Dover Street Building.

Cost: £42 for the full course or you can pay as you go at £6 per class.

In the last group one member of the group lost 13 lb in 6 weeks. Find out how she did it and learn ways of making permanent changes to your eating and exercise habits.

Have you already tried several diets in a desire to lose weight? Unfortunately, the results are usually the same: most dieters find that diets don't work.

This course will focus not only on weight loss, but also will offer useful information on eating behaviours, nutrition and on how to eat a balanced diet.

This course is run by Ursula Gothard (BSc in Nutritional Medicine).
