Summer Well-Being Programme.

Eight-week enrolment courses begin in week commencing 14 April.

The Well-Being Room is a space for staff and students at the University to unwind the tensions of the day by taking part in a number of well-being fitness courses.

Located on Dover Street, the Well-Being Room is in a convenient location and the enrolment courses are eight weeks long, giving you the chance to learn, develop and practice.

We have a number of different courses to choose from including: Shiatsu Massage for Beginners, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates and Nutrition and Weight Loss Management. To view the full programme, click on the link below:

Courses should be booked in advance at SPORT Head Office, William Kay House, 333 Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9PG. We can not take bookings via email or without payment.

All courses start week commencing 14 April.
