Try something new for 2008 by signing up to one of Sport's reasonably priced health and fitness seven-week enrolment courses. Courses in everything from 'Jazz Dance, 'Energy for the Weekend Pilates' to 'Kick Boxing' take place across campus at various times in the day - there really is no excuse for not giving one a try!
We also have a new timetable of pay-as-you-go courses which allow you to turn up and get fit without the commitment.
Courses start in the week commencing 28 January, so book now to avoid disappointment.
