The next Student Support Forum is on Wednesday 5 December in the Sackville Street Building Council Chamber. It will be led by Marcia Ody and Will Carey and will focus on the work of Students as Partners, exploring how we can engage students to support each other in the various transitions that they typically experience in their academic careers.
The discussion based session will be an opportunity to share good practice from across the University and to develop practical ideas for implementation.
Peer support is a very powerful tool and is successfully delivered in many parts of the Univerisity already - so if you want to find out more, or share your experiences of partipation in Peer Support schemes, please do join us.
As usual, tea and coffee will be available from 12noon, with the discussion starting at 12.30pm. Bring your sandwiches.
DIARY DATE: The postponed session on supporting Part Time PGR students will now take place on 12 March (venue to be confirmed).
