From dark comedy to music for the festive season.

This week the Martin Harris Centre continues to buzz with creativity!

The New Writing, New Writers festival takes place on Thursday and Friday lunchtime, showcasing the skills of students on the Writing for Performance course.

We are thrilled to announce a plethora of free lunchtime concerts including performances by: the Quatuor Danel; and The University of Manchester Baroque Orchestra; or to get you in the mood, Lesley-Jane Rogers, John Turner & Pamela Nash visit with an exciting programme of music for the Festive Season.

For those wanting a little mental stimulation, the Literature Live season continues with novelist Michele Roberts reading from and discussing her work on Monday 26 November.

Or for a bit of drama in your life, why not attend the Drama Society production of  'Pale Horse' - dark comedy about death, religion, violence and love - takes place on Wednesday 28, Thursday 29 and Friday 30 November.
