Epidemiology, Genetic Epidemiology and Biostatistics Course 2008

New course starting in January 2008
A 13 week course organised by the arc Epidemiology Unit will run from January to April 2008. The course will cover the principal foundations in epidemiology, genetic epidemiology and biostatistics.
Course content will include:
- Study design
- Measuring disease frequency
- Causality and risk
- Bias and confounding
- Genetic epidemiology
- An introduction to biostatistics
