Unwind, relax and relieve the tensions of the day

An innovative venture between Human Recourses, Counselling Service and SPORT, the Well-Being Room provides a sanctuary for students and staff to unwind, relax and relieve the tensions of the day.

It is located at the heart of the University campus, in the Dover Street Building just off Oxford Road, making it the ideal place to stop by and try one of the exciting courses on offer.

New timetable for this semester

All SPORT courses are eight-week enrolment courses and begin week commencing 15 October:

  • Student £27.50
  • Staff £33.00
  • Public £35.00
  • *  Free - All Counselling Service courses are free and begin week commencing 15 October 2007
  • **  Student, staff and public £42.00
