Global issues with Blackboard - resolved

Earlier issues with Blackboard have now been resolved.

We are aware that Blackboard is currently experiencing some performance and connectivity issues.
This is a global problem affecting all Blackboard sites and Blackboard are working on a fix for the problem, although the issue may not affect everyone.
We will update when we know more.
