For those Faculties or Schools that don't provide a computer hardware repair service in-house, the IT Services Computer Maintenance Team in the Kilburn Building has been providing an annual maintenance scheme for over 10 years.
For a small annual fee, if your computer, monitor, laptop, printer, scanner or even file server breaks down due to a fault with the hardware, we will repair the equipment for no extra charge.
The maintenance contract scheme runs annually from 1 August to 31 July. There is no minimum or maximum requirement for a contract - we can cover anything from one inkjet printer to several hundred PCs.

We also provide a reasonably priced ad hoc repair service for departments and even equipment owned personally by University staff and students whose equipment isn't under our maintenance contract.
