Issues affecting My Manchester and Campus Solutions - services restored

Information on Monday's issues

Update 4 (9.40am, Tuesday 8 November)

Services were restored at approximately 5.45pm on Monday, however we will continue to monitor closely and perform additional work to reduce the risk of this happening again. Thank you for bearing with us while we worked on this.

Update 3 (5.10pm, Monday 7 November)

We continue to work on the issues, and we will post a further update by 10am tomorrow (Tuesday) morning.

Update 2 (2.30pm, Monday 7 November)

We are continuing to investigate the issues which are affecting access and performance in My Manchester and the Campus Solutions Student System, and as soon as we have any more information, we will let you know.

Update 1 (1.10pm, Monday 7 November)

While the Campus Solutions Student System is available (and can be accessed via this direct link), document uploading/opening and postgraduate processing is unavailable.

IT Services are investigating an issue which is affecting My Manchester and the Campus Solutions Student System.

While this is under investigation, services such as Blackboard, email and timetables can be accessed directly:
