New yoga class

Ashtanga Yoga classes available from 2 August

As part of the Well-Being programme, SPORT at the University is offering staff the chance to experience Ashtanga Yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful and challenging form of yoga, particularly recommended if you have experienced yoga before. The class will leave you feeling reenergised, lengthened and strong.

Ashtanga Yoga is a six week enrolment course beginning on 2 August and must be booked by 30 July at SPORT-Head Office which can be found opposite the Student Union building on Oxford Road.

Classes take place on a Thursday, starting at 4.30pm and ending at 6pm in the Well-Being Room, Dover Street Building.

Price: 30.00. Well-Being Room courses should be booked and paid for (by either cash or cheque) in advance.
