Ashtanga yoga classes available from 2 August

Challenging form of yoga to re-energise, lengthen and strengthen you

As part of the Well-Being programme SPORT at The University of Manchesteris offering staff the chance to experience Ashtanga Yoga.

Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful and challenging form of yoga, particularly recommended if you have experienced yoga before. The class will leave you feeling re-energised, lengthened and strong.

Ashtanga Yoga is a six-week enrolment course beginning on 2 August and must be booked by 30 July at SPORT-Head Office.

Classes take place onThursdays, 4.30pm-6pmin the Well-Being Room, Dover Street Building.

Prices: Staff 30.00, Public 30.00
