Recommended University contractors for toner cartridges

Buy re-manufactured units - they're cost-effective and kinder to the environment

The Procurement Office has recently been reviewing the University non-contracted expenditure for toner cartridges. 

Analysis of purchases orders raised on the system showed that savings of around £11,500 could have been achieved against a spend of £45,000, the equivalent of around 25%.  I would like to take this opportunity to advise you that the University has recommended contractors for the supply of toner cartridges that you are requested to use (if you are not doing so already). 

The University's recommendation is to purchase remanufactured cartridges where possible as these are not only an environmentally friendly option but are also cost effective.  These can be purchased direct from:
