Information regarding recent issues affecting usage of My Manchester and lecture podcasts

IT Services now consider this issue completely resolved. If you have any IT issues, please contact the IT Support Centre directly.

Update 2 (12.35pm, Monday 23 May)

Lecture podcasts should now be visible to everyone again. You may need to log out and back into the service.

Update 1 (12.20pm, Monday 23 May)

My Manchester is starting to return to service, and our colleagues will continue to work on the issue until it is completely resolved. 

However, lecture podcasts via are currently unavailable, and this is also under urgent investigation.
