The issue users are experiencing with the transmission of eMarketplace POs is currently being escalated as a top priority service call with Oracle

Colleagues in IT Serivces are working with Oracle and the technical team at eMarketplace support to resolve these issues.
You can browse to check products and prices but you won’t be able to purchase through eMarketplace.
To order you will need to raise a non-catalogue request in Oracle.
What will happen to orders already placed?
eMarketplace orders raised between 10 May – 20 May have not yet been automatically transmitted to the suppliers. We are investigating ways to send these orders to the relevant suppliers as soon as possible and we will provide a further update next week.
Please do not duplicate any orders that have been raised during this period.
