Staff Survey 2022 - more time to complete

17 May 2022

The Staff Survey 2022 will now run until 31 May

Staff Survey extended until 31 May 2022

Dear colleagues,

Thank you to all of you who have already completed the Staff Survey 2022. Your responses will help us shape our action plans to make the University an even better place to work.

Unfortunately, our response rate is much lower than previous years and so we are extending the end date of the survey to allow colleagues more time to complete it.

We know that colleagues are extraordinarily busy, but hearing your views about working here, both good and bad, mean we can make changes that make a real difference. You can read about some of the changes we have made since the last Staff Survey on StaffNet.

We need more people to complete the survey so we can put together meaningful action plans that reflect the majority of our colleagues’ views.

Accessing the survey

To make this easier, you can now use the Staff Survey link to access the survey. You will need to input your Staff ID number to verify you are eligible to complete the survey, and so that People Insight, who are managing the survey on our behalf, can assign your responses to the correct area of the University.

Your answers are completely confidential - we at the University never see anyone’s individual responses.

Please remember you can still access the survey from email reminders sent from People Insight and if you haven’t got time to complete it in one sitting, you can come back to it at a later stage – your responses will be saved and you will continue to get reminders until you submit it.

So please, take part in the survey and encourage your colleagues to take part too.

Best wishes

Colette and Adèle
