Issues affecting IT login and some web services - update 2

Issues accessing some services were reported earlier today
Update 2 (1.35pm, Tuesday 3 May)
An issue has been identified and services are returning to normal, although we do still have some work to do before we consider the issue completely resolved. If further information is necessary, we'll post it here. If you're having issues accessing any services, please contact the IT Support Centre.
Update 1 (10.55am, Tuesday 3 May)
Investigations continue into the issues. In addition to the previous message, it has been observed that other web services are also affected, including some University websites, My Manchester, and SharePoint sites on xorg.manchester.ac.uk.
Original message (9.10am, Tuesday 3 May)
IT Services are investigating issues with one of the login services.
This is causing intermittent or slow logins to services such as the IT Support Portal, Qualtrics and MyView.
This may also affect anyone who is logging into Microsoft 365 services (for example; Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and more) for the first time, on a new device or in a new web browser session.
As soon as we have any more information, we’ll post an update here.
