As we approach the festive season we may have mixed feelings, perhaps we are looking forward to a break from work, or being with friends and family. Maybe we are worried about the planning and preparation or the fact that we are spending the festive period alone or apart from loved ones.
However we feel, there is always peace to be found in taking a pause and coming back to the moment through mindfulness.
Join us for a one hour meditation session which will aim to reconnect you to the present, taking you away from your busy mind and bringing you back into a place of compassion, gratitude and kindness for yourself and others.
